Boiler Installations

A new boiler is one of the most important investments you can make in your home's comfort and efficiency. We supply and install a wide range of gas boilers to suit all property types and budgets, from combi systems to conventional and system boilers.

As Gas Safe registered engineers, every installation is completed to the highest safety standards and registered with your local authority.

Boiler Maintenance

Regular servicing keeps your domestic boiler running safely, efficiently and reliably. We carry out annual gas boiler services for homeowners and landlords throughout Crowborough and the surrounding area. Please note we service domestic gas boilers only - we do not carry commercial gas.

A service includes a full inspection of all components, a flue gas analysis, safety checks and a clean where required. We'll also flag any potential issues before they become costly repairs.

Hot Water Cylinders

We install and service both vented and unvented hot water cylinders. We hold the G3 qualification required by law to work on unvented systems, so you can be confident the work is carried out correctly and safely.

Unvented cylinders must be serviced annually. This includes checking all safety controls, inspecting the safety relief valve and carrying out a pressure vessel check and top-up where required. Keeping on top of this is essential for the safe and efficient operation of your system.

If your cylinder is ageing or no longer meeting demand, we can advise on a suitable replacement.

Bathroom Installations

We manage the full plumbing side of bathroom renovations, from stripping out the old to fitting and commissioning the new.

Underfloor Heating

As Gas Safe registered engineers, we're qualified to supply and connect gas cookers - both freestanding ranges and built-in appliances. We'll ensure the connection is made safely and in line with current gas regulations.

General Plumbing

From dripping taps and leaking pipes to full re-pipes and new installations, we handle all aspects of domestic plumbing. No job is too small - we're happy to come out for a single repair or plan a larger project.

For kitchens, we handle all plumbing elements - fitting taps and wastes to existing units, connecting washing machines and dishwashers, and carrying out any plumbing maintenance or repairs. We don't carry out full kitchen installations, but if it involves pipework or plumbing, we can help.
